What it designs
Moment connections — AISC 358
Bolted extended end plate (four-bolt unstiffened, four-bolt stiffened and eight-bolt stiffened), bolted flange plate and reduced beam section, with the AISC 341 and AISC 360 checks they call for, including the column panel zone.
Shear connections
Single-plate (shear tab) and end-plate shear connections, checked limit state by limit state.
Drawings and a report
Each connection is drawn as you change it, with a 3D view where the type has one, and the calculation exports to PDF.
