Signed out, Structural counts as Free. Every limit is enforced by the app, which refuses the one thing that is over it and names the limit — never silently.

Can I pay now?
Not yet. Online payment is not open, and the prices on this page are planned prices that may change before it opens. If you need Pro or Team now, email [email protected] and we will set your account up.
What happens when I reach a Free limit?
The app refuses that one thing and says so by name — for example, that the model has more than 300 members, or that cloud analysis is part of Pro and Team — and points you to [email protected]. Nothing you have already made is taken away: editing, saving and opening a large model still work; only its analysis is refused.
What counts as a member?
Each frame and each plate you drew. The pieces the analysis mesh splits them into are not counted.
Do I need an account to use Free?
No. Without signing in, Structural works as on the Free plan: analyses run in your browser, with the same 300-member limit. An account lets you save models to cloud projects and use the AI copilot.
What happens to my models if a paid plan ends?
The account becomes Free again from that moment. The Free limits apply to what you do next — never to what you already have. Projects beyond the third stay yours to open and save.
When does the copilot’s monthly count start again?
On the 1st of each month (UTC). The message that reaches the limit says when it resets.
